1. What payment methods are accepted at Silkbutterflies.com?

Currently I accept secure PayPal checkout where you can pay via Credit Card or your PayPal balance.

2. Which countries do we ship to?

I provide worldwide Shipping.

3. Do I take international orders?

Yes, I accept international orders. Please see my Delivery & Returns section for more information.

4. Are items in my shopping bag reserved?

Items in your shopping bag are not reserved and can be purchased by another customer at any time.

5. How long will it take for my order to be processed?

Once you place your order allow 2-3 business days for your items to be shipped. You will receive an email confirmation shortly after placing your order. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the next business day.

6. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

7. Can I change my shipping address?

If your order has already been shipped you will not be able to make any changes. We can only change the shipping address of an order if it hasn't been shipped. If you want to make any changes please contact me

8. Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order before it has been despatched. You may contact me. If your order has already been shipped you will be able to cancel your order but you will need to send all items back.

9. What is Silkbutterflies.com return policy?

I want my customers to be completely happy!
I really hope that you will love your new item. But, for some reason if you like to return it, please contact me ASAP (no longer than 3 days after receiving the item). I will do my best to give you a pleasant shopping experience. Depending on the case, even if you get your refund, the shipping cost will be excluded from the refund. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If the package is lost, I return money after I recieve official written confirmation of the loss from the post.

Custom and sale orders are final and cannot be returned.

10. How do I return an item?

To return your un-worn item, please send it back to the same address you received it from, or contact me. Please include the original packaging and tags.

11. When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received your returned order and your refund is processed, you should see the refund on your bank statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution. Please note we are only able to refund the original PayPal account.
