1. What payment methods are accepted at Silkbutterflies.com?

Currently we accept secure payments via Credit Cards / Debit Cards, PayPal.

2. Which countries do we ship to?

We provide worldwide Shipping.

3. Do you take international orders?

Yes, we accept international orders. Please see our Delivery & Returns section for more information.

4. Are items in my shopping bag reserved?

Items in your shopping bag are not reserved and can be purchased by another customer at any time.

5. How long will it take for my order to be processed?

Once you place your order allow 3-5 business days for your items to be shipped. You will receive an email confirmation shortly after placing your order. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Orders placed on weekends will be processed the next business day.

6. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

7. Can I change my shipping address?

If your order has already been shipped you will not be able to make any changes. We can only change the shipping address of an order if it hasn't been shipped. If you want to make any changes please contact us

8. Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order before it has been despatched. You may contact us. If your order has already been shipped you will be able to cancel your order but you will need to send all items back.

9. What is Silkbutterflies.com return policy?

We want my customers to be completely happy!
We really hope that you will love your new item. But, for some reason if you like to return it, please contact us ASAP (no longer than 3 days after receiving the item). I will do my best to give you a pleasant shopping experience. Depending on the case, even if you get your refund, the shipping cost will be excluded from the refund. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If the package is lost, We return money after we recieve official written confirmation of the loss from the post.

Custom and sale orders are final and cannot be returned.

10. How do I return an item?

To return your un-worn item, please send it back to the same address you received it from, or contact us. Please include the original packaging and tags.

11. When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received your returned order and your refund is processed, you should see the refund on your bank statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution. Please note we are only able to refund the original PayPal account.
